Improv Lesson

Hello folks,
Today I finally had the chance to meet up with a guy, Calvin, I met at the last First Friday event I played. He offered to show me a few things on the sax. So today I recorded our little session. I just wanted to share snippet from that session that can be heard in it’s entirety on the Lesson Page. Hope it blesses you.

Let your anointing fall on me

Hello friends in Christ,

I welcome you to the site. I’ve made a few additions to the site on the Live Performances page. I’ve uploaded a few videos from my latest event First Friday, this past weekend. Please enjoy them and feel free to leave comments as I enjoyed playing and always good feedback. I did play one song this weekend that didn’t go too well due to a cracked reed. I didn’t discover this until the next day so I re-recorded the song last night. I believe its much better and know there Lord was it it. We need to let God’s anointing fall on us to properly minister to the world and be a light unto this generation.  Please enjoy.

God Bless,

Brother Aaron Chiles

Keep Me Sanctified

Greetings friends of God,
It is yet another month gone by so quickly and Jesus is blessing my playing each time I pick up the Sax. I feel such a fire of God and his Word is alive in me. This past weekend I went to a tent revival and was blessed very much by the word. Just a day earlier I preached and I can tell you that the Word of God is so great. It has prepared me for this friday’s event, First Friday Oct. 2009 in Augusta, Ga. I’m ready to minister the Word through Music as David. Be in prayer with me that a soul is touched. This is not just performing, but telling of the goodness of Jesus.

Anyway at the revival I recorded some clips of me and another brother playing the Sax during service. I really enjoyed playing while the power of God was moving and as Jesus ordained servants to be ABLE ministers. I’m asking the Lord to keep me santified as I come and go and to use me as he pleases. I pray the music blesses you.

Sanctified – A host of musicians and Bro. Tucell and I on alto sax.
Jesus Use Me – Part 1 – Bro. Tucell on Sax (Selmer Mark VI)
Jesus Use Me – Part 2 – Me on Sax  - I played as annointed Oil ran my head what a feeling.

Note: I was closer to the recorder than Brother Tucell but he still can be heard well. I may have been too close. It will be better next time. As always, comments are welcome.
